DTK Software Refund and Return Policy

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with DTK Software products purchased directly from DTK Software ( or you purchased the wrong license, a refund is possible in the following cases:
  • You purchased a software license key and didn't activate this license key.
  • You purchased hardware license key on USB Dongle and returned it to DTK Software. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Please note that unlimited licenses are non-refundable.

Please contact us within 30 days after your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall and stop using any software products for which you no longer possess a valid purchased license. DTK Software reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The DTK Software refund policy applies only to software products purchased directly from DTK Software ( If your software product was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
