DTK Software Refund and Return Policy

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with DTK Software products purchased directly from DTK Software (dtksoft.com) or you purchased the wrong license, a refund is possible in the following cases:
  • You purchased a software license key and didn't activate this license key.
  • You purchased hardware license key on USB Dongle and returned it to DTK Software. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Please note that unlimited licenses are non-refundable.

Please contact us within 30 days after your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall and stop using any software products for which you no longer possess a valid purchased license. DTK Software reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

The DTK Software refund policy applies only to software products purchased directly from DTK Software (dtksoft.com). If your software product was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
