DTK ANPR/LPR Solution v3 (Automatic Number Plate Recognition/License Plate Recognition) is a web-based software product for vehicle license plate recognition from various video sources, such as IP cameras, video files, video capture devices and custom video sources (plugins). The fast and stable LPR engine provide accurate plate detection from real-time video with resolution up to 1920x1080 (Full HD) and supports many plate formats of different countries. DTK ANPR/LPR Solution v3 is powered by DTK ANPR/LPR Engine v5 based on latest neural network technologies and algorithms.
This software solution enables building complex distributed license plate recognition system hosted on Windows and Linux platforms and controlling all cameras from one central server. The easy-to-use and intuitive web interface allows for a quick set up of your environment and its integration with your existing system.

The ANPR/LPR database central application offers the possibility to search license plates and lookup the database remotely using a web browser from any device, including smartphones.

DTK ANPR/LPR SDK v5 (Automatic Number Plate Recognition/License Plate Recognition) is a software development kit designed for integrating vehicle license plate recognition into your own developed software. The ANPR/LPR Engine detects license plates from various video sources (IP cameras, video files, video capture devices) and still images (JPEG, PNG, BMP). The fast and stable LPR Engine built on the latest neural network technologies and algorithms and provides highly accurate plate detection from the real-time video with resolution up to 1920x1080 (Full HD) and supports many plate formats of different countries.
It is compatible with standard IP camera protocols and encodings (such as MJPEG/HTTP, H.264/RTSP) and custom video sources provides decoded (RAW) frame images to the LPR engine. The SDK is consistent with many programming languages, like C++, C#, VB.Net, Java, etc.
DTK Software offers end-user ANPR/LPR Solution based on LPR Engine v5.

ANPR/LPR Engine provides the following information about the recognized plate.
  • Plate text
  • Plate country code (if country code is selected from the supported countries list)
  • Plate coordinates on image/frame
  • Coordinates and confidences for each plate symbol
  • Confidence of recognized plate (%)
  • Vehicle moving direction (0..360 degree)
  • Frame image JPEG format (quality can be configured)
  • Camera name
  • Server name

Barcode Reader SDK is a highly accurate and powerful developer library which recognizes 1-D and 2-D barcodes from digital images and bitmaps. Using this SDK you can integrate barcode recognition functionality into your software products. The following image formats are supported: BMP, JPG, PNG TIF, multipage TIF and PDF (Portable Document Format). The unique and fast barcode recognition algorithm detects and recognizes barcodes from your images whatever the position and orientation.
